March 29th through April 5th
Playwrights* submit ten-minute plays specifically written to be performed on Facebook Live by a cast of quarantined actors. They’re amazing.
Performers and directors apply online to join the festival. They are also fantastic.
Designers and other theatre artists get in the mix too. We love to see it.
*Choreographers, performance artists, and other creators are encouraged to submit their own proposals! We welcome all forms of narrative-based performing arts.

April 5 through April 7
We read all your submissions. We then select the plays we feel best innovate theatre for our current moment and select performers and directors eager to experiment. Finally, we connect these teams of artists with each other.

April 8 through April 11
Playwrights, performers, and directors hold virtual rehearsals. They make incredible discoveries and fundamentally reinvent the American theatre. Nothing will ever be the same.

April 12 through April 18
All performances stream via Facebook Live to an audience of millions. Okay, maybe hundreds.
Throughout this process, we will be raising funds on our GoFundMe page. All money raised will be equally divided between the participating artists at the end of the festival.
